Nadine will demonstrate a menu infused with exotic spices and tantalising flavours such as Cumin and saffron braised baby carrots with a lime and harissa dressing; Broad bean and raisin pilaf, Almond and rosewater cigars with rosewater syrup and much more. Some of the most delicious dishes result from a paste or spice mix created by hand. In this hands-on masterclass, Nadine will teach you to create a medley of spice mixes, and how to turn them into delicious dishes such as Chermoula with flame smoked aubergines, Dukka with haloumi fritters and fennel salad, Ras al hanout in a spinach, date and pecan salad and much more.
